I think you would have to say that this is a tribute of sorts. Certainly Griff is heavily influenced by Bryan Ferry, having included three songs Ferry wrote - 'I Thought', 'Virginia Plain' and 'Love Is The Drug' - and four songs that Ferry has recorded - 'Don't Think Twice It's Alright', 'He'll Have To Go', 'A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall' and 'Girl Of My Best Friend' - amongst its eclectic 12 song selection.
